How long does it take to get the order?
The ordered merchandise usually ship in 2-3 weeks to the booster club.
How will the order be delivered to me?
We will notify you when your ordered merchandise is available for pickup.
The merchandise can be picked up in person on any practice day.
Alternately the ordered merchandise can we sent home with kids.

Can the order (full/part) be returned/canceled for a refund?
No, at this time we are unable to return the ordered merchandise.
No refunds will be issued once's the order is placed.
I placed an incorrect order (wrong size/color/quantity), Can someone help?
Please double-triple check the size/color/quantity of the merchandise before placing an order.
In most cases we are unable to make any changes.

The order processing time is usually 2-3 weeks.
